How do you request the deletion of your account?

To delete your TeamPulse account, you have two options:

  • 1) Directly from the TeamPulse application: You can delete your account at any time. To do so, simply click on the "Login Information" button and then on "Delete my account", accessible from your Profile in the application. Deleting your account is irreversible and requires you to enter the text "delete" to avoid accidental deletion.



  • 2) By e-mail: If you prefer, you can also send a deletion request by e-mail to support@teampulse.net. Be sure to include the following information for correct and secure identification of your account:


    • Your full name


    • The e-mail address associated with your TeamPulse account


    • Proof of identity (for example, a copy of your ID), if necessary, to prevent unauthorized deletion



What data will be deleted?

When you request the deletion of your account, the following data will be permanently deleted:

  • User’s last name


  • User's first name


  • User's email address


  • User password


  • User's gender (male or female)


  • User date of birth (if known)


  • User's postal address (if given)


  • User's telephone number (if given)


  • User's profile photo (if available)


  • Username and e-mail address associated with the Facebook account (if your TeamPulse account was associated with Facebook)


  • Username and e-mail address associated with the Apple account (if your TeamPulse account was associated with Apple)


  • Your links with the teams you were a member of as well as team-related data:


    • Your views on team “changing room” publications


    • Your participation in events (matches, one-off events or recurring events)


    • Your invitations to take part in events (matches, one-off events or recurring events)


    • Your invitations to matches


    • Your licence number (if given)


    • Your name on the shirt (if given)


    • Your number on the shirt (if given)


    • Your nickname (if given)


    • Size information for shirts, shorts and shoes (if available)


    • Your position (if known)


    • Your preferred hand/feet (left- or right-handed, if entered)


    • “Other information” section (if completed)



Deadlines and confirmation

Once we have received your request, we will delete your account as quickly as possible. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once the operation has been completed. Please note that the deletion process may take up to 30 days to complete.
